Return/Refund Policy
We are the wholesaler and we sell to distributors worldwide who in turn sell our product through different retail channels. If you have a receipt with Miracle Products Canada on it, you may email our customer service department at miracleproducts@shaw.ca and we will be glad to take care of you.
If you purchased at a tradeshow or fair then you may be able to find the retailer by contacting the venue manager or customer service and ask which vendor was selling this product.
All Miracle Products Canada’s products which have been purchased, have a 90-day manufacturer defect guarantee. We will refund or supply a replacement item in this case with proof of defect and receipt. Our products may be returned in unused condition and with your receipt for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Customer shall shoulder the shipping fee ($15 CAD – $25 CAD) of the item/s to our offices. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Delivery Methods, Standards and Dates
Miracle Products Canada uses Canada Post for package delivery services. Signature verification of delivery will be required. Our service method will be Canada Post Expedited Parcel which will provide guaranteed arrival at 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Miracle Products Canada will fulfill online orders within 3-7 business days of receipt.
